Do not use Merchstead for unlawful products or activity, fraud, abuse, malware, deceptive practices, infringement, harassment, unauthorized access, platform probing, excessive automated traffic, or conduct that risks payment, carrier, hosting, or email-provider networks.

Merchstead may restrict or suspend activity that presents a security, legal, operational, or customer-safety risk.
